ORDERS
You are responsible for assuring that all details you enter during order process is true, accurate and up to date. Information about storing and processing your personal data by CHIC sp.zo.o. is in the manner stated in Privacy Policy. After placing an order online you will receive a confirmation email. When you place an order you agree with the terms and conditions current at the date you submit your order. After placing an order you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming your order, however a contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and we have debited your credit or debit card. If the product is not available for any reason we will keep you informed. We will let you know about availability of the product. If this is the case, we will notify you and return any payment that you have made. We will refund any money received from you, using the same method of payment as you did.
Even though we make every effort to keep all details, descriptions and prices on the Website accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we will send you a full refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are included in the 'Total Cost'.

We shall not be liable to you for any breach, hindrance or delay in the performance of a contract attributable to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation any act of God, actions of third parties (including without limitation hackers, suppliers, governments, quasi-governmental, supra-national or local authorities), insurrection, riot, civil commotion, war, hostilities, warlike operations, national emergencies, terrorism, piracy, arrests, restraints or detainments of any competent authority, strikes or combinations or lock-out of workmen, epidemic, fire, explosion, storm, flood, drought, weather conditions, earthquake, natural disaster, accident, mechanical breakdown, third party software, failure or problems with public utility supplies (including electrical, telecoms or Internet failure), shortage of or inability to obtain supplies, materials, equipment or transportation ("Event of Force Majeure"), regardless of whether the circumstances in question could have been foreseen.
